Early departure

If you have to end your vacation prematurely, you will be invoiced for the total amount of the originally booked stay.

Pets

Bringing small dogs is generally allowed.However, please understand that their stay is limited to the room. Their stay is not permitted in the restaurant, on the restaurant terraces, on the sunbathing lawns, in the wellness and pool area, in the gardens or on the beach. In addition, dogs are not allowed to swim on the public beaches or on the Lungomare promenade in Opatija.

The cleaning fee for dogs is EUR 20 per day (without food).

Hotel opening times

The Miramar is open from March to November. The current season times can be found in the price list.

Internet

You can use the internet in the hotel as follows:

Smoke

Since May 6, 2009, smoking has been banned in all public buildings in Croatia, including hotels, restaurants and bars. So it is not allowed indoor in the MIRAMAR.

Furthermore outside, the upper, middle restaurant terrace and the winter garden terrace are non-smoking areas outside .
You can of course smoke on all other outdoor terraces and in the open air.

Cancellation conditions

Due to the current situation, we have also adjusted our cancellation conditions for summer 2021 so that you can plan your vacation with calm

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In accordance with the development of the corona situation and the travel warnings and restrictions, we are also adapting them more flexibly. We convert prepayments that have already been made into vouchers or transfer them back if requested.

Payment of invoices

We gladly accept cash (Euro, Kuna, Swiss Francs, ...) as well as credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD) and the Euro check card (D, A) as means of payment. Please note that our fixed hotel exchange rate (1 euro = 7.60 kuna) is used for conversion. This kuna amount will be charged to your credit card. When the domestic banks recalculate the debited amount, the current foreign exchange rate is used, which does not correspond to our rate. In addition, handling fees are charged from the card companies. As a result, the debited amounts can be up to 5% higher than those shown on the invoice (converted into euros using our fixed hotel exchange rate). The cheapest payment option is in euro cash.

Your reserved room is ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on deparutre day. The facilities of the hotel complex (pool, sunbathing area, wellness area) can be used all day on both the day of arrival and the day of departure.

Others

Deviations from program items, price changes, seasonal or weather-related changes or cancellations of in-house events or external services, different opening or closing hours of restaurants and bars are possible. Errors and misprints reserved.
