From the breakfast buffet to the evening 4-course gourmet-halfboard menu with a daily salad and cheese buffet – your gourmet experience. Even at lunchtime, kitchen doesn't stay cold. Between 12 noon and 4 p.m., our fishermen's catch of the day is served à la carte. Depending on the season our cooks use regional fresh products from the surroundings - wild asparagus in early spring (a speciality of the region Kvarner), Istrian truffles or Lovran cherries and chestnuts or lamb from the island of Cres.
