Platz nehmen, den Blick über die türkisblaue Adria schweifen lassen, mit Sekt oder Zlahtina auf das gute Leben anstoßen in aller Ruhe richtig fein essen. Das ist Urlaub im Hotel Miramar in Opatija, Kroatien. Und zwar vom Frühstücksbuffet  bis zum servierten abendlichen 4-Gang Wahlmenü mit täglichem Salat- und Käsebuffet. Auch mittags bleibt die Küche nicht kalt. Im Gegenteil! Zwischen 12h00 und 17h00 kommt à la carte der Tagesfang unserer Fischer auf den Grill oder ins Rohr! Saisonal abgestimmt finden frischer Wildspargel, istrischer Trüffel oder die Lovraner Kirschen und Maronen Einzug in die Miramar-Frischeküche.

From the breakfast buffet to the evening 4-course gourmet-halfboard menu with a daily salad and cheese buffet – your gourmet experience. Even at lunchtime, kitchen doesn't stay cold. Between 12 noon and 4 p.m., our fishermen's catch of the day is served à la carte. Depending on the season our cooks use regional fresh products from the surroundings -  wild asparagus in early spring (a speciality of the region Kvarner), Istrian truffles or Lovran cherries and chestnuts or lamb from the island of Cres.
