Ladies and gentlemen should not shave prior to a salt peeling. Peeling treatments should be avoided in the case of sunburn. We advise our gentlemen to shave prior to a facial treatment, to ensure the maximum care and effect on your skin's appearance. Please let us know of any possible health issues.

You will enjoy most of the treatments unclothed. You can change in private and be undisturbed and during the treatment the parts of the body not incorporated in the treatment are covered by towels. Ladies decide themselves if the chest area is to be included in full body treatments.
At the reception we will gladly assist you in the planning of your personal Spa experience. Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes early. This will give you enough time to get to know the Spa area, to take a shower before a body treatment and to enjoy a fresh cup of tea. Please direct your wishes to your therapists, in regard to massage pressure, extra-towels, audio, light and temperature level.
In deference to the other guests, we respectfully ask that you turn your cell phone off during your stay in the spa area. Please do not use cameras or laptops during your stay at the Miramar spar. Please act in a considerate, quiet and reserved manner with regard to other guests.
