Pet policy
We gladly welcome pets under the following conditions
Pets are allowed exclusively in the rooms
Dogs are not permitted in restaurants, on terraces, in the wellness area, pools, gardens, sun decks, or on the beach
Supplement: €35 per day

Parking & Wi-Fi
Hotel parking is available for an additional charge of €20 per night
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel

Breakfast
The rich Miramar gourmet buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00

Dinner
Miramar gourmet buffer dinner is served from 18:00 to 21:00. Our evening culinary offering has been completely renewed and expanded under the guidance of our new head chef. Each evening our buffet presents guests with three different cold appetizers, two soups, five delicious main courses, four side dishes, a rich salad bar, as well as a selection of fresh fruits and cheeses.

Cancellation & Payment Policies

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (by 14:00 CET)
From 14 to 7 days before arrival (by 14:00 CET): 50% of the total amount will be charged
From 7 to 1 day before arrival (by 14:00 CET): 80% of the total amount will be charged
Later cancellations, no-shows, or early departures: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Standard cancellation policies do not apply to promotional offers. Separate, specifically defined cancellation conditions apply to all promotions and special offers.

Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required; failed authorization may result in reservation cancellation
Accepted payment methods: cash (EUR), credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD), and debit cards (D, A)
All payments are made in euros (EUR)
The credit card charge amount is calculated according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. Upon charging, the amount may be additionally converted to the local currency according to the card companies’ rates, which may result in minor discrepancies compared to the price listed on the website
