Cancellation & Payment Policies
Cancellation conditions:
Free cancellations up to 14 days before arrival (until 14:00 CET).
14 days to 7 days (until 14:00 CET) before arrival 50 % cancellation fee.
7 days to 1 day (until 14:00 CET) before arrival 80 % cancellation fee.
Later cancellations, no-shows, or early departures incur a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

Payment policy:
A valid credit card is required; failure to authorize payment may result in cancellation.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash (EUR), Credit Cards (VISA & MASTERCARD), and Debit Cards (D, A).
All payments will be affected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in other currency into EUR according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
