A chronicle of good taste, presented by our new chef Ilija Grgić and his team. A total of 30 employees, a well-rehearsed team. Under the 10-year leadership of the East Tyrolean chef Arthur Berger, who decided in January 2018 to return to his native Austria, the crew grew to an equally experienced like creative troop together. Bergers longtime partner at management level Sous-chef Ilija Grgic - who looks back on 17 years of international experience in Austria and Switzerland, takes over the culinary fate of the Miramar from 1.3.2018 with renewed motivation.

And that is what awaits her in the Miramar culinary ... A story, peppered with lots of eye candy and lots of culinary delights. Often exciting, occasionally playful, sometimes romantic, but always with sweet happy ending. The symbiosis of maritime enchantment and Mediterranean lifestyle invites you to petting for the senses and savory spontaneity, with enjoyment guaranteed from morning to evening.

How your vacation days could look like at the MIRAMAR:

» Our traditional starter buffet with appetizers from the Adriatic sea is particularly popular among our guests – mussels Á la busara, tuna carpaccio, fried calamari, octopus salad, Incuni, prawns etc.

» 12 dishes at choice! You can choose your own 4-course-meal with appropriate wine recommendations from our small A la Carte menu

» For lunch time you can choose your own menu in our Á la Carte restaurant from 12 until
5 p.m. – our kitchen serves fresh fish, mussels, prawns, pasta dishes, salads, homemade cakes etc.
